Dave started out as a title examiner at Stewart Title in El Paso, Texas in July of 1984, promoted to title plant manager in December of 1985, became a closer/escrow officer in January 1991. He was hired as title plant manager at Commonwealth Land Title in El Paso in February 1993, and established a commercial closing department in June of 1994. In 1999, Dave moved to Fort Worth, Texas as a commercial closer for Metroplex Title Company. In 2007, he relocated to Odessa, Texas to manage title plant for West Texas Abstract Company.
